Orders & Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but time is of the essence. You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the product is dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot process a cancellation. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Q: How do I know if my order has been shipped?
A: You will receive a notification via email/SMS with tracking details once your gear is on its way. If you haven't received this yet, your order is likely still in processing and may be eligible for cancellation.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: My gear doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?
A: Absolutely. We want you to be safe and comfortable. If you have size issues, you can exchange the product for the correct size. Please note that we do not exchange products for color or model preferences unless the size you need is out of stock.

Q: Can I return a product and get a refund?
A: No. We do not offer monetary refunds. Products once sold can only be exchanged for size. If the replacement size is unavailable, you may choose another model of equivalent value.

Q: How do I initiate an exchange?
A: You must ship the product back to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at [Insert Email ID] to notify us of the return. Ensure the product is unused and all tags/packaging are intact.

Q: Who pays for the shipping during an exchange?

  • Sending it back: You (the customer) are responsible for the shipping cost to return the product to BNG Auto.
  • Sending the replacement: We (BNG Auto) will cover the shipping cost to send the new size to you.

Q: Can I exchange accessories?
A: No. Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
Warranty
Q: Does my product come with a warranty?
A: Warranty policies vary by brand. You can find specific warranty details under the "Warranty" section on each product's page. Generally, warranties cover manufacturing defects only.

Q: I bought a jacket on sale. Is it covered under warranty?
A: Items bought during sales, using discount coupons, or special offers are not covered.

Q: What is excluded from the warranty?
