BNG Auto: Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At BNG Auto, we are committed to equipping you with the best gear for your ride. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Exchange Policy (Size Only)
If your gear does not fit as expected, we are happy to exchange it for the correct size.
- Eligibility: Exchanges are valid only for size issues. We do not exchange products for color preference or model changes unless the required size is out of stock.
- Notification Window: You must ship the product back to us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Simultaneously, please email us at [contact@bngauto.in] to initiate the request.
- Shipping Costs:
- Return Shipping: The cost of shipping the product back to BNG Auto must be borne by the customer.
- Replacement Shipping: BNG Auto will cover the shipping cost of sending the new replacement size to you.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, the product must meet the following strict criteria:
- Condition: The item must be completely unused.
- Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packing materials must be intact and undamaged.
- Exclusions: Please note that Accessories cannot be exchanged once purchased.
3. Returns & Refund Policy
- No Refunds on Delivered Goods: Products once delivered can only be exchanged for size. They cannot be returned for a monetary refund.
- Stock Unavailability: In the event that the replacement size you requested is not available in stock, you will be offered the option to choose another model of equivalent value. BNG Auto will not process a refund for delivered items under any circumstances.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Pre-Shipping Cancellation: You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
- Post-Shipping Status: Once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled.
Warranty Policy
At BNG Auto, we partner with world-class manufacturers to bring you top-quality riding gear. As we function as a marketplace for various brands, warranty periods and specific terms may vary depending on the manufacturer.
1. Brand-Specific Coverage
Each brand and product carries its own specific warranty policy and duration. You can find the exact warranty details for a specific item under the "Warranty" section on the respective product page.
2. General Warranty Terms & Conditions
While specific durations vary, the following general terms apply to all warranty claims processed through BNG Auto:
- Eligibility: Warranty coverage is applicable only to products purchased from BNG Auto’s website, exclusive stores, or authorized dealers.
- Exclusions (Discounts & Offers): Products purchased during sales, using discount coupons, or under special promotional offers are not covered under warranty.
- Exclusions (Product Category): Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the manufacturer, Motorcycle Accessories are not covered under warranty.
- Scope of Coverage: The warranty covers Manufacturing Defects only. It does strictly NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear from usage.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper storage.
- Alterations or modifications made to the product.
- Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
- Agreement to Terms: By purchasing a product from BNG Auto, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees to these warranty terms. Failure to read or understand these terms prior to purchase does not constitute grounds for a claim.
- Policy Updates: BNG Auto reserves the right to modify or update the warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
3. How to Claim Warranty
To initiate a warranty claim for a manufacturing defect:
- Take clear photographs/videos of the defect.
- Email us at [contact@bngauto.in] with your Order ID, proof of purchase, and the images of the issue.
- Our team will coordinate with the manufacturer to assess the claim.
